CRF Real Estate Investors, LLC - Our Joint Venture Participation

CRF will consider Joint Venture partnerships as partial owner on some deals as the operational partner with the client. A typical CRF participation would give the investor a priority position as to income. CRF will not participate in sale or rental profits until the client has received an agreed upon annual return on his investment.

Bulk REOs and NPNs - All requests must follow a lender approved process and must be reviewed several times to ensure all your documents are complete. Your popularity or wealth status does not matter, there are no exceptions to the process. We won't jeopardize our lender relationships for any reason.
