What are the steps involved in selling my mortgage note?

1.  First, you will need to give us the particulars of your note in the form below to speak with a knowledgeable note buyer.

2.  We will then evaluate the information provided and make an offer.

3.  Upon acceptance of our offer we will send you a contract as well as a checklist of documents we will need to complete and fund your transaction. At which point, you will then need to either fax or overnight us copies of the documents we have requested.

4.  After we review the documents we will order a title update of the property.

5.  Once review of the title are completed we will have the closing documents prepared and sent to you for review. You will then review, sign and return the documents to the closing agent. After receipt and recording the transaction will be funded, usually the following day by wire transfer or cashiers check. 

Can I sell just a portion of my remaining payments?

We can purchase all of the remaining payments on your note and mortgage (a full purchase). Or, it may be more beneficial to only sell a portion of your remaining payments. This option, known as (a partial purchase) is often preferred by many note sellers.
