Great, I have a real estate and mortgage company that I am expanding in all 50 states, We buy sfr and sell them to our buyers on a mortgage or lease purchase contract. I am looking for investors that would like to loan, invest or joint venture partner (80%) with us for real estate division that we get properties at discounted prices.
We purchase income-producing properties, hotels and sfr homes nationwide that we buy and hold. We work primarily with the our lease purchase program for the homes we purchase and renovate.
We build new and purchase existing senior Living Communities and Apartments nationwide that we buy and hold. We help families with Alzheimer, Nursing Care, Elderly Care, Mermory Care, Assistant living with the senior living communities and affordable rentals with the apartments.
I have a new project and I have a great opportunity that will work great for our residential and commercial real estate and mortgage division.

Our Cash Flowing Properties With Tenant Buyers in Place -
How would you like cash flowing properties without much of the hassle of locating and keeping a qualified tenant and with the frustration of dealing with a management company? We have a rental program and lease purchase program that we need investors to invest or joint venture with us to help us purchase these homes that are in high demand.
All over the country we have "good people" with poor credit looking for an opportunity to own their own home. Many of these individuals can most likely refinance within a year and some may need 2 to 3 years to correct their credit situation to refinance the property. Because these people are really desperate for a place to live they will always make their payments on time.
We put everything in place for you from locating profitable properties, pre-qualifying your Tenant, collecting monthly payments and etc. We also assist the Buyer in building their credit situation for them in helping them to refinance in the future.
