Monetizing Owned Bank Instruments  

Offering a non-recourse product with no terms or no payback.

Non-recourse program – no terms or payback
Initial LTV's on all products are 70% of face value
Instrument must be verified via Euroclear or DTC and must be SWIFT MT760 capable
A $1MM minimum -   No maximums
Any request over $500M requires approval acceptable on a case by case basis
SKR monetizing also available.

POF and VOD Accounts

POF and VOD accounts are individualized for your needs or project.

• You must prove the ability to pay for arranged fees for account
You must supply a project summary outlining receiving institution.
Verbiage will be customized for acceptance of your institution.
Fees range from 1-5% depending on requirements and usage.
Fee is 1 time only unless you renew.
For credit enhancement only.

SKR's - Safe Keeping Receipts

We now offer the ability to monetize Safe Keeping Receipts. We will accept SKR issues from your bank or storage facility. The following are conditions to monetize your SKR:

• Clear Deed Or Title On Schedule “A” Of SKR
• SKR Must Be SWIFT MT 760 Capable
• Customer Must Complete Satisfactory Compliance Requirements
• No Monthly Fees To You
• No Renewals Required From You
• Non-Recourse—No Re-Payment,

•We work mainly with cash, but will work with real estate collateral, BGs, CDs and MTNs.

•Cash Accounts will never be moved, client will be the sole signatory and shall at all times have 100% control of the account. The account shall be a non-depletion account.

•The blocking / trading mechanism will really depend on where your funds are situated, we have options for PING, internal block, bank to bank block or mt 760. These procedures also depend on which group we choose, this will depend on your specific requirements and your particular situation.
