Please send us your executive summary and our application. Documents will be submitted to Our Group of Investors ASAP. If your project is accepted, a LOI will be issued within 3 to 5 days, once accepted by both parties, A closing loan docs is issued within 10 days by investor for approval by client. Client signs closing docs and escrow agreement and funding within 20 days. We close within 30 to 45 business days. The Loans interest rate is paid monthly at 4% - 6% per annum from 1 up to 30 YR Loan Program on a Fixed Years.
