Seller Financing can help you get your deal closed and funded in as little as 2 - 4 weeks. Seller Financing turns each deal into a Land Contract and closed just like a normal mortgage. The seller gets paid at closing and the buyer gets a 30 year fixed loan. We do not give a letter of intent, unless we intend on closing.
